Ministries and Groups

Liturgical Ministries
Altar Servers
Altar servers assist at Masses, weddings, funerals, and special liturgies. Catholic boys and girls, 6th grade through high school, may apply. Registration and training are in fall.
Lectors
Proclaiming the WORD of God is vital to our worship and spiritual growth. Lectors must be comfortable with public speaking and the Word. Training is provided.
Ushers
Ushers serve the parish at all Masses, offering hospitality. They greet parishioners, help with seating, collect the offertory, and assist with the flow during communion.
Choir
The ICC Adult Choir has an active and significant role to play in the worship activities of our parish. The Children’s Choir also rehearses as needed.
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion
Eucharistic Ministers distribute Communion at Sunday Masses and special liturgies. Ministers must be fully initiated adults and receive diocesan training.
Ministry to the Sick and Homebound
Caring ministers bring Communion to the homebound and nursing care residents. Volunteers assist with services, visit the sick, and bring the Eucharist year-round.
Ministry of Consolation
Trained volunteers assist families at the time of death and help prepare the funeral Mass. Bereavement assistance is available to grieving families by trained volunteers.
Catholic Groups
Knights of Columbus
The Knights of Columbus are Catholic men dedicated to faith, charity, and fellowship. They serve church, country, and community, with prayer to grow closer to Christ.
Scripture Study
Weekly Bible Study: Share faith through the Gospel with reading, group discussion, prayer, and video commentary using the Little Rock Scripture Study Method.
Legion of Mary (Spanish)
The Legion of Mary seeks God's glory through prayer, holiness, and service. Members meet weekly, visit the sick, and support parish missions with Mary's spirit.

Charismatic Prayer Group (Spanish)
We are diverse people who assemble to pray. We offer our praises, worship, honor, and thanks to Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior in a livelier manner.
